Mayonnaise Vilnius Special is enriched by garlic, one of the most salubrious and valuable vegetables. To make this mayonnaise, natural dried garlic is used, that contains abundant potassium and is noted for stimulating and anti-bacterial effect. Combination of garlic and other components used in mayonnaise production creates an especially pleasant taste and aroma. In order to make the product as wholesome as possible, salt containing iodine and natural wine vinegar is used.

100 ml of product contains:

• energetic value – 335 kcal / 1381 kJ;
• nutritional value – 0,28 g proteins, 4,8 g carbohydrates, 35 g fat.

When stored in temperature of 0°C–10°C, mayonnaise will retain the good taste and consistence and will not loose its nutritional value until expiry date.
