Mayonnaise is made from high-quality rapeseed oil, maize starch and is seasoned with sugar, salt, tender milk acid and wine vinegar. The food cooked using this non-fat mayonnaise will acquire a pleasant taste but their calorific value will not increase. Due to rapeseed oil, the food will be enriched with monounsaturated and polyunsaturated linoleic and linolenic acids which increase the body resistance and regulate cholesterol exchange. This is a low-calorie and easily digested product.

 In 100 ml of the product:

• energy value – 252 kcal/1038 kJ;
• nutritional value – 0.1 g protein, 6.6 g carbohydrates, 25 g fat.

When stored at the temperature of 0^oC to 10^oC, mayonnaise will not change its good taste and texture and will retain its nutritional value through the entire storage life.
