JSC Vilnius mayonnaise factory is the largest producer of mayonnaise in Lithuania. In the meantime the company offers to the consumers 10 sorts of the most popular and best sold Lithuanian taste mayonnaise Vilnius. The company is producing not only its own production, but also that of one of the largest in the Baltic states sales network trademarks. The main purpose of the company is to deliver to the consumers the highest quality products that would satisfy the needs even of the most selective ones. Therefore especially much attention within the company is paid to quality assurance. In 2004, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) quality management system has been implemented, basing upon which in production and technology departments all chemical and microbiological tests of delivered raw materials are performed, technological processes controlled and production quality thoroughly inspected.
